Collaborative Worker

During my High School career I have mastered the ESLR of a collaborative worker. There are many examples of have done this but I will only share a few. In my peer education class we had to work in teams throughout the whole semester. This required great collaborative skills because if one person slacked off it affected the whole team so I had to keep up and do my part as a team member. The results were amazing because when we presented to a class of sophomores they really took in what we were teaching them. If I hadn't been a collaborative worker it would have shown greatly in the presentation because that was what the whole thing was about.

In my science classes I had to do labs and work in teams with other students in the classroom. We had to read the experiment and work as a team to get the job done and get it done the right way. If I wasn't able to work in a team with others it would have affected the outcome of the lab results. Each time we did the labs the experiments came out the way they were supposed to and I can give credit to how well I worked in a team with the other student and how they worked well with me.

High school courses always require you to be able to work with others. Every day of class you're working with students. Whether it has to do with participating in class and keeping a respect for other people's opinion or working in groups, you have to be a collaborative worker. I feel that I have gotten adequate training during my high school career to be able to work with other employees in the future.
