Civic Responsibility

As an emerging adult I feel my civic responsibilities are to have a job and pursue a higher education. Obtaining a job is my civic responsibility because if I don't have one I would become a burden to the government. A higher education falls into place with having a job. I wouldn't be able to obtain a job if I didn't go to college.

My Topic

My presentation question is "What has a greater impact on human development - nature or nurture?". I know that both nature and nurture play a role in human development in different ways. There's no real answer as to what really has a greater impact but there are many biased opinions. I picked this topic because I think human development is something we can never fully understand. Many people have theories as to what they think makes a person behave a certain way but there's never a real answer. I plan on researching my topic through the Internet and any other resources I can find.
